Wrights Mini Farm is not responsible for the health of any animal purchased from us once it leaves our farm.

Bottle kids will be trained to a bottle/lambar before leaving and UTD on coccidia prevention and vaccines. We do NOT heat treat our milk. The kids are fed raw (unpasteurized) milk*

*We can not guarantee milk production, height, size, or possible scurs*

*Buyer is responsible for all transport cost*

*We reserve the right to retain any kid born on the farm*

*We reserve the right to refuse sale at anytime for any reason*

*We reserve the right to modify the price on kids once they are born*

*All sales are final. We do not accept returns for the health and safety of our animals*

 

Wrights Mini Farm is committed to raising, breeding, and selling healthy animal-good homes. Keep in mind that goats are herd animals, and need at least one herdmate. With that in mind, we will not sell a single goat, unless the buyer already has other goats. Wethers (castrated males) make good companions for intact bucklings or doelings and are a cost effective way to add a companion goat. Intact bucklings can not be housed/pastured with doelings. 

 

WAIT LIST – We encourage anyone who may be interested in reserving offspring from our breeding program, to contact us, to be placed on our waiting list.  There is no fee, or associated commitment to be placed on the waiting list.   When kids become available, we will contact all the people on our waiting list, and the kids will be available to be reserved, on a first-come, first-served basis.  If you have found kids elsewhere, we would appreciate your letting us know, so that we can keep our waiting list updated.

 

Pickup: All animal must be picked up within 30 days of deposit unless other arrangements have been made. Full payment is expected if the goat is unable to be picked up within 30 days of the deposit. A daily boarding fee may also be applied if pickup is outside of said date.

 

Payment: All kids must be paid in FULL before leaving the farm IF paying electronically. Cash is the only form of payment accepted if paying at pickup time.

Deposits: For deposits on the animal PRIOR to pick up, we accept cash, check, Venmo, or PayPal. We do NOT accept personal checks.. You may pre-pay for your animal or CASH ONLY at pickup.

*Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS something happens to your goat while they are in OUR care*

A $50 deposit is required to hold any intact goat until pickup (does or bucks)

A $50 deposit is required on wethers to be held until pick up

 

Bio Security testing: Our herd is tested yearly for CAE, CL, and Johnes. Our herd starts getting tested for CAE at the 6 months or older.  Any new arrivals of the herd come from previously tested herds if they are not tested themselves before arrival. If you would like your goat tested before you pick them up we are happy to do so. Buyers are responsible for all costs associated with the testing requested. Buyer must pay for the testing before it will be done.
